That’s about 6.5 miles from the beach? Tough to sell as an investment property in any market. Especially tough in today’s slumping market. Keep them rented for a positive cash flow and ride it out.

There is a limited market for 1 BR, 1BA units, but there is always a buyer. You might consider using an agent, or perhaps offering a lease / option. Also, consider http://www.craigslist.org.
