Posted on November 3rd, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 2 Comments »

I want build my own hotels near by Delhi. So, I am looking for Luxury Doors and Window Provider.

Why don’t try VEKA windows & doors. They are worldwide No. 1 in Luxury Doors and windows Provider. Fenesta does not have High End Products e.g. Vertical Sliding Windows, Lift & Slide Door & Slide Fold Doors. VEKA is best. I am using them in my 20 Projects.

Where can you buy or rent the lowest priced luxury homes?

Posted on October 22nd, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 1 Comment »

With property preferably, for example a ranch estate in the southwest.
I am looking for answers that include the surrounding area to be nice as well, no nearby ghettos.

Please do not base you answers on jobs/salary for the area because this is not a concern. Just simply the nicest and/or largest homes for the lowest dollar amount.

If not just the lowest if you know of some ridiculously priced larger estates (like a 12br for 1 mil) post that too.
Sorry if this comes off as rude, but it seems the reading comprehension skills are getting lower and lower on the net these days. I did NOT say the lowest priced properties…clearly stated in the title of this question, the lowest priced LUXURY homes.

The lowest priced property is in the least desired areas and if they aren’t in the ghetto, they are far from civilization (rural). If you want to consider specific properties I suggest you narrow down your options to a specific state and then contract with a Realtor. Good Luck

Edit: The question was understood, but remember, a luxury home is nothing but an improvement to a property and the Luxury home that exists on the least desired property is going to be valued for the least amount of money.

Typically the best places to find such homes are the areas with the lowest cost of living. Now a days the top 3 states with the lowest costs of living are TN, KY and OK, but like anywhere else, the location within these states is going to directly affect the value.

Best places to look at beautiful homes in Seattle?

Posted on October 16th, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 2 Comments »

My parents and I are visiting seattle soon and we really love to look at houses, are there any places specific that have beautiful luxury homes?

Beautiful homes in Washington.

Wow, you have created a dilemma as there are as many beuatiful homes in this wonderful state as the state itself is beautiful.

Queen Anne has a lot of old world charm, expecially on Highland Drive, but if you are looking for extreme –

Mercer Island – Drive around West Mercer Way and keep going all the way around to East Mercer Way. You will not believe your eyes.

The Mount Baker area and Leishi.

Take a boat ride around Lake Washington and go look at the top of Laurelhearst, Are you kidding me? OMG!

Then head over to the eastside, start from the north end of the lake and start with a Cosmopolitan in hand and go through Kirkland,, Hunts Point. Then, if you haven’t fallen over backwards, from the Cosmo’s,, or the money being viewed) Then head south to Medina to see Bill Gate’s large oppulant compound (truth- it isn’t one home, it is at least six or seven). Then, maybe if your guide shows you, you will see Paul Allen’s Estate compound on the west shores of Mercer Island. Cross the shore to Ranier beach south of Steward Park and you will see a few more 20+ million dollar homes that will make your Cosmo want one himself! lol

And that is JUST around the lake.

West Seattle
Magnolia
Madrona
Fauntleroy
Shilshoe
Golden Gardens
Issaquah Plateau
Kirkland
Bellevue
Medina
Somerset
Beau Arts
Lake Forest Park
Edmonds
Woodenville
Mukilteo

And that isn’t even addressing the San Juans or any of the credit that goes to Whidbey, Bainbridge, Guemas, Lopez, Camano or San Juan Island homes.

Can you tell I love this state!? =)))

How much on average would it cost to build a luxury home in Calabasas?

Posted on October 8th, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 1 Comment »

Assuming the land had already been purchased how much would it cost to build a 8000 square foot luxury home complete with a swimming pool, modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms, home theatre etc. Would it cost more to purchase a complete house with all these anemities or build your own?

At this time in the market – buying is cheaper than building – by far.

If you won the lottery for say 5 million would you buy a couple luxury homes just in case your money went?

Posted on October 6th, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 3 Comments »

Meaning in case you blew it, would you right off bat buy a couple of luxury homes which means equity so in case you blew your money, you had something to show for it?

Absolutely not, terrible investment. In order to save myself the hassle of property management and what not, I would look at a Real Estate Investment Trust.

5 million isn’t that much anymore. 50 million and I would consider purchasing appartment complexes and using a property manager for 5-10% of the income.

That being said, the key is diversification without watering down potential returns!

Anyone who goes on a spending spree after winning only 5mill is an idiot. Treat yourself but be SMART.

Would you be able to rent luxury homes in the future?

Posted on July 12th, 2010 by admin in luxury homes | 2 Comments »

i know you can rent luxury homes now, i just wanna know if u can rent them in the future like in 50-60 years? (serious answers please) thanks

I don’t see why not unless in 50 or 60 years from now people aren’t making the kinds of money needed to pay the rent, then there would be a lot of empty luxury homes around. I could also suppose luxury homes could become a thing of the past and become a new kind of home that relies on this new green technology and be called something different in 50 or 60 years that isn’t thought of now like maybe renting green grandeur living abodes or something.

Why not? Is is not as if luxury homes will simply disappear. Unless the government passes legislation to prevent luxury homes from being rented. As baby boomers retire and scale down there will probably be quite a lot of luxury homes available in the future.
