It depends on the interest rate you lock into. I would go to zillow.com and submit a loan inquiry. The quotes you receive will give you lender fees for each rate provided…don’t worry, it’s totally anonymous and lenders won’t be calling you. Then you can check out closing.com to get an idea of title fees. Government recording fees are questionable, but you can check the county website and see if they have that listed.

Costa Rica is a great place there are many realtors that can help you but if you are planning to move into the Ocotal Beach area then I would suggest going with a real estate company called Azul Paraiso. They absolutely stunning ocean views from their houses. I left a link of their project that they I believe are finished now.

is it possible? i watched the movie Hot Fuzz and i fell in love with the village. i currently cape in to 50000 dollars and i wish to buy a condo or house there… i know i might not have enough… i googled homes for sale in Stamford but i cant seem to find any, can someone help me find one? preferably like the one angel stayed in… BTW very good movie… i recomend it

Sandford (not Stamford) is actually a fictional place, the filming was done at a police college and Wells, in Somerset with the Church of St Cuthbert picturing in the film.

A 2 bedroom flat, above Carphone Warehouse (a mobile phone shop) on the high street in Wells would cost you £105,000. Which is $162,000.
For $50,000 you won’t be able to purchase any house or flat in the UK, house/apartment prices are quite expensive.

Perhaps you could holiday in England, visit Wells and other places of interest while you’re here. We’d all like to live in a peaceful village portrayed as beautiful in a film; very few of us have the opportunity to.

I am a first time home buyer. I have been looking at condos for 25k and under. I was wondering if i could get a "home" loan for such a small amount of money. I have "good" credit, but I am unsure if banks will lend out such small amounts for this type of loan. Also, what is a short sale home? Do I have to have cash for a short sale? thanks!

Banks generally don’t make loans to buy a home: mortgage companies do. And yeah, they would make the loan if you qualified.

A short sale works like this: the existing owner owes more money than the house is worth. If the mortgage company will allow the sale without the seller paying off the mortgage in full, this is a short sale
